Welcome to K-Hat, an online platform for ordering fresh meat, fish, eggs, and milk. By accessing or using our website/app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing any order.
- Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- You are using the platform for lawful purposes only.
- Products & Availability
- All products listed on K-Hat are subject to availability.
- Product images displayed are for reference; actual items may vary in size, weight, or appearance.
- Prices may change based on market rates and seasonal availability.
- Order & Confirmation
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message/email.
- K-Hat reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to unavailability, incorrect pricing, or other issues.
- For safety and hygiene reasons, meat and perishable items once delivered cannot be returned.
- Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
- Payment methods may include UPI, Wallets, Cards, Net Banking, or Cash on Delivery (if available).
- In case of a pricing error, K-Hat may cancel the order and notify you immediately.
- Delivery Policy
- Delivery timing depends on your location, weather, and product availability.
- Delays may occur due to traffic, festivals, or unavoidable circumstances.
- You must be available at the delivery address to receive your order.
- If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
- Quality & Hygiene
- All products are sourced from verified suppliers and handled under hygienic conditions.
- K-Hat ensures proper temperature and packaging during delivery, but customers must refrigerate items immediately after receiving them.
- Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled before processing.
- Once the order is packed or out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 working days.
- Refunds are provided only in cases of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or spoiled product
- Order cancelled by K-Hat
- Photo or video proof must be provided within 1 hour of delivery.
- User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate address and contact details.
- Abusive behaviour, fraudulent activities, or misuse of the platform may lead to account suspension.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the K-Hat platform—including logos, text, images, and design—is owned by K-Hat. Unauthorized copying or use is strictly prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
K-Hat is not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by external factors
- Allergic reactions or health issues resulting from product consumption
- Loss or damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery
- Privacy Policy
K-Hat respects your privacy. Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing, delivery, and support. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
- Changes to Terms
K-Hat may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
